Love Apparently

£8 – £12Richard Curtis’ Love Actually was released twenty years ago and now, the queers are having a go at it. In Love Apparently, a band of local LGBTQIA+ entertainers will revise and perform a number of stories from the beloved film!
Devised by and starring Drag Idol 2023 winner Fruit ‘n Fibre, the cast also features incredible queer acts such as Edinburgh Fringe Festival sellout comedian Leila Navabi; star of TikTok and S4C, Catrin Feelings; songwriter and musician, Asha Jane; drag king, Justin Drag and drag queen, Marmalade.
Funds raised from the show will be donated to TransGivingUK and Anera.

The show will feature loud music and bright lighting. Unfortunately, we have been unable to find a BSL interpreter for this event, but will update the listing here and on social media if we do manage to do so.
Chapter Arts Centre is approximately 1.1 miles from Ninian Park Railway Station and 1.4 miles from Cardiff Central Railway Station. Buses to Chapter are best accessed from Cardiff Central Railway Station, which is near Westgate Street and Wood Street. From there, many buses can drop you nearby the venue, though the length of the trek from bus stop to Chapter varies and we advise checking this in advance, before alighting a specific bus.
Taxis can collect you and drop you off from directly outside Chapter.
